These partner program terms (hereinafter referred to as "partner terms") govern the procedure for the provision of services by the licensee for attracting users, in accordance with the user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement").

Active User
An active user is a potential user who has entered into an agreement, paid for a subscription plan, and is utilizing the system.

2.1. The licensee provides the licensor with services to attract active users, and the licensor pays for these services.
3.1. The performer attracts active users by distributing a referral link or promo code. The referral link and promo code are contained in the personal account.
3.2. A potential user becomes an active user after performing all of the following actions:
1. Clicking on the referral link or entering the promo code in the corresponding field on the platform;
2. Registering on the platform;
3. Paying for the subscription plan.
3.3. The licensee is entitled to distribute the referral link or promo code in the following ways:
1. Contextual advertising (excluding keywords containing the word Crebase);
2. Placing a banner or Referral Link on their own web resource;
3. Advertising on social networks, email newsletters (excluding email spam);
4. Webinars;
5. Messenger newsletters;
6. Other methods that do not violate the laws and are not included in the list of prohibited methods established in the partner terms.
3.4. The licensee is prohibited from distributing the referral link or promo code in the following ways:
1. Use of advertising materials that mislead or deceive potential users;
2. Artificially increasing the number of applications;
3. Cookie dropping (cookie stuffing) - substituting user cookie files when visiting a web resource; the cookie script records two links - one actual and the other affiliate;
4. Pop-under - an automatically popping-up banner. The advertiser's web resource opens in a background window or tab of the browser after the user clicks the "close" button on the banner;
5. Click-under - any user action on the web resource (clicking on a link, banner, empty space) causes a new window to open - the advertiser's web resource;
6. Push notifications - pop-up alerts on the smartphone screen distributed by installed applications;
7. Incentive traffic - incentivizing users (material and non-material) by encouraging the performance of certain actions;
8. Spam mailings - unsolicited bulk mailings of an anonymous nature, distributed by email;
9. Contextual advertising using keywords containing the Crebase brand;
10. Adult traffic - web resources with adult content or thematic services (pornographic resources, intimate stores, etc.);
11. Creating branded groups without the consent of the licensor;
12. Advertising through statuses/recommendations on behalf of employees.
3.5. The service for attracting an active user is considered to be provided if the person attracted by the licensee remains in the status of an active user for 15 calendar days.
4.1. The cost of the licensee's services for attracting active users is 20% of the sum of money paid by the active user to the licensor as payment for the license.
4.2. The payment of the remuneration is made by the licensor based on an application submitted by the licensee through a communication means.
4.3. The licensor, having received the application, within 10 working days, approves the application or sends the licensee a reasoned refusal to pay for the services if there are no grounds for payment.
4.4. The licensor makes payment for the services of attracting active users on the 10th and 25th of each month, but not earlier than 5 working days after the application has been approved.
4.5. If the stipulated 5-day period expires outside the established periods for paying for the services of attracting active users, the payment is made at the onset of the nearest period.
4.6. All calculations under the partner terms are made by transferring funds to the licensee's account. The obligations to make payment are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the licensor's bank account.
