Moderation Rules

These moderation rules (hereinafter referred to as "the rules") regulate the requirements for content posted by the licensee in the project or otherwise using the system, in accordance with the user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the agreement").

1. The content must not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Images and audiovisual content must be of high quality.

3. Content parameters must allow it to be posted using the system's functionality.

4. Content must not have spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.

5. Content must not constitute malicious software.

6. Content must not contain:

6.1.  Information not authorized for disclosure;

6.2. Malicious software (viruses, worms, Trojans, or other computer codes, files, or programs) intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any equipment (or parts thereof), to carry out unauthorized access, or to gain access to commercial software products by providing serial numbers, logins, passwords, programs for their generation, and other means to obtain unauthorized access to paid resources, as well as placing links to the above information;

6.3. Spam, i.e., the distribution of commercial and non-commercial messages without the recipient's consent, regardless of the specific content of such messages;

6.4. Information about types of activities that require licensing, certification, and other permissions, without obtaining or indicating such permissions by the licensee in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

6.5. Any form of crude, obscene language, insults, slander towards any persons or organizations;

6.6. Materials of an extremist nature, as well as aimed at infringing on human rights and freedoms based on racial and national belonging, religion, language, and gender, aimed at inciting interethnic and interracial hostility, inciting violent actions against a person, or inhumane treatment of animals, suicide, harming one's own health, calling for the commission of other illegal actions, including explaining the procedure for making and using weapons, etc.;

6.7. Information that may be perceived as propaganda of certain political views, non-traditional sexual orientation, the use of narcotics, alcohol, or tobacco smoking.

6.8. Associated with the distribution of any kind of pornography, services of a sexual nature;

6.9. Descriptions of plants included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors, which are subject to control in the Russian Federation, as well as their development, production, manufacturing, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (distribution), import into the territory of the Russian Federation, export from the territory of the Russian Federation, use, and destruction;

6.10. Information that violates the rights of minors;

6.11. Information that infringes upon the rights of third parties: the right to honor, dignity, and business reputation, personal image, etc.; copyright, intellectual property rights, including the reproduction of web pages, images, and texts published on the Internet without the copyright owner's permission;

6.12. Proposals for the acquisition or sale of counterfeit products, as well as schemes for making money from the circulation of such products;

6.13. Information about the distance selling of prohibited goods and services, as well as information about online stores lacking proper registration and contact data, with mandatory prepayment for the goods;

6.14. Information on various forms of earning money on the Internet without providing accurate information about the goods or services, verifiable details of the person offering them, payment methods, and policies for the refund of money or return of goods;

6.15. Calls for strikes, protests, picketing, rallies;

6.16. Proposals for entering into a microloan contract or information about the activities of microfinance or microcredit organizations.
